Savior Lifetime Warranty
All products sold by Savior Equipment or its authorized dealers are covered by the Savior Lifetime Warranty, unless otherwise noted.
Savior Electronic Warranty
Any product sold by Savior Equipment or its authorized dealers that has any type of electronic component; i.e., batteries, circuit boards, etc. are covered by the Savior Electronic Warranty. This warranty is valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
Water damage is not covered under warranty. Please be sure to keep devices dry and only store in a moisture-free environment.
We stand behind our products
All warranties will cover:
- Defective materials
- Faulty workmanship
All warranties will not cover:
- Products sold from any establishment other than Savior Equipment or its authorized retailers
- Normal wear & tear
- Damage produced deliberately
- Damage produced by customer modifications
- Misplaced and/or lost products
Get started on a claim
To ensure we can process your warranty claim quickly, please follow the steps below. Submitting complete information will prevent delays.
Step 1: Gather Proof of Purchase
- If purchased directly from our website: Provide your Order ID.
- If purchased from an authorized retailer: Provide a full copy of your receipt or invoice (must show your name, address, item purchased, SKU, and amount paid).
Step 2: Take Photos of the Issue

If something is missing:
- Take photos of everything you received, including shipping labels, packaging, and all part numbers.

If something is broken or damaged:
- Provide close-up photos of the damage.
- Provide wide-angle photos showing where the issue occurred on the product.
- Please also include a short explanation of how the issue happened.(for example, how the product was being used when it broke)
Step 3: Provide Contact Information
- Please include your full name, email, and phone number in your email.
Step 4: Email us all the documents
- Email everything to support@saviorequipment.com
- Our team will review your claim and reply within 1 business day.
Note: Submitting all requested information in your email is greatly appreciated and will help us resolve your claim faster without any back-and-forth emails.
Policy Update
Please retain a copy of your purchase receipt or invoice, as proof of purchase is required to verify that the item was purchased from an authorized vendor.
For warranty claims on U.S. purchases, we will cover the cost of shipping for approved replacements.
For international orders, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with warranty claims. While we will provide necessary replacements as needed, shipping expenses for international orders must be covered by the customer.
