We are incredibly disappointed that we sent you this range bag with a flawed internal frame. We found that over use, it's possible the EVA molded frame can buckle, rendering it useless and effectively making our range bag no longer rigid.
This is not up to the standard you expect from us and definitely not up to our own standards. We wholeheartedly apologize for providing you something less than Savior standard, especially when you are spending your hard-earned cash for products you expect to last.
To remedy this situation, we are offering a frame replacement to all customers of our Specialist Range Bags purchased from late 2021 to mid 2023, free of charge.
Moving forward, all Specialist Range Bags will ship out with this updated frame.

Disclaimer: This frame will only fit the model released after late 2021. Earlier versions have a built-in frame that is not removable from the range bag.
