Return Policy
Savior Equipment offers a 90-day return policy on all orders directly placed here from our website. If 90 days have gone by since your website order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or process refunds outside of this time period.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, feel free to return your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the original, received condition,
- With all included accessories in original, received condition,
- Returned in original packaging; not folded and/or dented.
Any item returned to us used, damaged, folded/dented, or without the included accessories will be subjected to fees up to 50% of the item's price.

- Ship the product back with the shipping label we send you
When we receive the item, we will inspect it and exchange or refund you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item has passed inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns due to:
- Purchasing the wrong size or color
- Buyers remorse or no longer needing the item
will result in a $15 flat rate fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
